New Features on Adobe Creative Cloud

Subscription-based services have significant benefits. Having the security of knowing that you are running the most up-to-date versions with all the latest upgrades installed is always reassuring. Adobe pioneered this service and continues to offer a wide range of indispensable products for creative teams. As Adobe continues to innovate their Creative Cloud platform, they have announced that their pricing model will be shifting to accommodate all the latest offerings in their CC suite.

Adobe has added the applications listed below in the latest Creative Cloud update:

Lightroom CC

Long popular as the go-to photo editing software for photographers, Lightroom CC allows users to edit, manage and share images from any device.

Character Animator CC

Users can bring 2D images to life with the animation capabilities of Character Animator CC.

Dimension CC

Users can render images in 3D with ease through Dimension CC.

Adobe XD CC

Mobile app design and web design is more accessible than ever with Adobe XD CC.

For clients and creative teams committed to the versatility and value that Adobe can offer, this is all great news. By locking in a 3-year commitment (or two renewals), you will save money in the long-run, and you will also be able to take advantage of Adobe’s continued state-of-the-art products at a guaranteed rate. In doing so, not only is your long-term budget more stable, your productivity won’t slow down for upgrades or outdated applications.

The new price options will look something like the following:

The cost for Creative Cloud for Teams plans will increase 14 percent. For example, Creative Cloud for Teams All Apps will go from $69.99 per month to $79.99 per month.

The cost for individual plans will increase 6 percent, meaning a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription will go from $49.99 per month to $52.99 per month.

The Student and Education pricing model will not be affected by the recent additions.

There are four license discount levels available, depending on the number of licenses you have. Essentially, the higher the number of licenses, the more you will save. For example, a company with 150 licenses, locking in on a 3-year plan would receive discounted pricing for the three years, and the option to add plans as needed. The company would still only be committed to renewing 150 licenses per year for the three years and would take advantage of unchanging pricing.

If you depend on Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite for your business needs, this discount pricing will save you significant costs. Companies with 100 employees, for example, could save in the neighborhood of $36,000 over three years.  Let Sure Systems save you that money so that you can reinvest in your business, and rest easy knowing that your license budget will be static for the years to come.
